Definition: Motor vehicle includes an automobile, automobile
truck, automobile wagon, motorcycle, or any other self-propelled vehicle
designed for running on land but not on rails

Sale or receipt of stolen vehicles |

(a) Whoever
receives, possesses, conceals, stores, barters, sells, or disposes
of any motor vehicle or aircraft, which has crossed a State or
United States boundary after being stolen, knowing the same to
have been stolen, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than 10 years, or both.
(b) For
purposes of this section, the term State includes a State of the
United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth,
territory, or possession of the United States.

Scooter products are considered motor vehicles
Do NOT use a fraudulent credit card, send a fake money order, or stop
credit card charges for scooter purchases shipped or received for any
reason. This is considered motor vehicle theft. You will be prosecuted. No
exceptions. |
