Fine Print: Layaway payments may not be transferred or combined with other layaway payments from another order.

Although there is no set payment schedule, a payment of at least 10% of the total price must be made once every 30 days to keep the account active. Only one payment is required in a single month period. If no payment is received within 60 days the account will be cancelled.

All layaway accounts cannot remain open for more than a 6 month period without penalty, If account remains open for longer than a 6 month period, the account will be charged $10/month until account is payed off.

Cancellations: If cancellation is at the customer request a 20% restocking fee will be taken out of the total price of the order and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer. If the cancellation is a result of non-payment the account will be closed and no refund will be available to the customer, as National Online Scooters will have made at least 3 attempts to contact the customer before cancelling the account.
